Creating Coaching Conversations That Matter

It is in conversations where we learn from others, shape and influence others, and accomplish most anything during a typical day in organizations, teams, families, and relationships. Our conversations can impact others for the positive or cause them to hesitate and doubt. In the business setting, coaching others to their best performance is a competitive advantage and key to developing and retaining talent. Learn and begin to apply key components of the coaching conversation, strengthen key coaching skills, and move beyond how to coach to “being” a coach.
