Walk Before You Lead: A Journey in Self-Awareness and Preparation to Lead Others – Amsterdam
In leadership, everything you do or don’t do matters. Leaders are always teaching what matters and why. As individuals, we typically do not insist on perfection from those who lead or influence us, yet, what I have learned from my global leadership classes and journeys is that we do desire, and expect from leaders, predictability and consistency. Leaders who are striving to build purposeful, intentional, and caring habits, so day in and day out they show up as the best version of themselves.
Do you aspire to influence those around you? Did you just step into your first positional leadership role? Are you connecting to others in a way that makes you important to them? In other words, do you matter to others and help them to be better because you are in their lives?
Program will consist of four sessions, on February 27 & 28, and March 6 & 7 from 10:00 to 15:00. The 900 Euro fee per participant will cover tuition for all four sessions, class materials, and lunch each day.
